UN announced 29 November as the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.  The resolution on the observance of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People also encouraged Member States to continue to give the widest support and publicity to the observance of the Day of Solidarity.

World Soil Day aims to connect people with soils and raise awareness on their critical importance in our lives. Soil is an essential resource and a vital part of the natural environment from which most of the global food is produced.

The day is  celebrated on 7 December  around the world for the people of the aviation community like ATC (air traffic control), airport management, airlines and of course the aircraft themselves.
