National Council of Churches is organizing a Colloquium on Gender Justice  in  partnership with Women in Church and Society  department of United Evangelical Lutheran  Church in India ( UELCI)  and Council for Women of Catholic Bishops  Conference in India ( CBCI) hosted by  of Methodist Church in India. The theme of this meetings is ‘Being Salt & Leaven of Gender Justice: Building Just Inclusive Communities of Peace.’ The aim of this meeting is to strategize to promote gender justice and build communities of justice and peace

This  colloquium will be participated by few selected  leaders from NCCI member churches  CBCI and other organizations including leaders from   the Christian Council of Sweden, Syrian Orthodox Church i n,Uniting Church in Sweden Archbishop of Church of Sweden, , Cardinal of the Catholic Church in Sweden  Bishop of the Church of Sweden in Stockholm, leaders from   Swedish Ecumenical Council of Women
